  • What is your Refund Policy?

    Unlike most software providers, we pride ourselves in having a money back guarantee that gives potential customers peace of mind when ordering our products. Ordering Zero2000 Software's products are 100% risk-free. If you are unsatisfied with our products, we will help you solve the problem or fully refund your money. Please submit your refund request within 30 days after purchase for the fastest processing. Also, please include details of your question, so we may check if we can help you further or refund your money.

    We believe that no customer should have to buy software in order to find out how well it works. Thus, our software can be fully evaluated prior to purchase and customers are strongly encouraged to take advantage of these free trials. You may also seek any needed technical support from us - we answer support emails rapidly and responsively for current and potential customers alike.

    If you desire a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Because we can not recover the license key, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

    Once your refund is issued, please:
    1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
    2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you purchased a CD version of the product.

  • What payment methods do you support?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard/Euro Card, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We also accept PayPal - USD Only, Bank/Wire Transfer ($10.00 USD fee), Check/Money Order ($2.50 USD fee), Fax - Credit Card ($2.50 USD fee), Invoice ($2.50 USD fee), Purchase Order ($10.00 USD fee).

    If you choose to pay by Check, PayPal, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice or Purchase Order select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

  • Why was I charged more than the price stated on your website?

    We will not charge you any fee except the price stated on our website. The extra fee may be charged for Registration Backup Service or Extended Download Service, which are offered by RegNow or ShareIt, in case customers forgot or lost their registration information when they want to re-install the program. We do not recommend you buy these services, because we provide them for free. If you lost your registration code or installation program, you can retrieve them via contact our support team.

    Our payment platform charges applicable sales tax for orders in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Utah. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs. Pursuant to the European Union Digital VAT Directive, as of July 1, 2003, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software at 15%.

  • How do I pay for the product with my bank card/credit card?

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Click Buy or Buy Now on the product page of our website, and you will see a product list page pop up.
    2. Check the list, and remove Extended Download Service and other unnecessary items by clicking the trash can icon.
    3. Click Secure Checkout, and the Web page will lead you to next page. Fill in your card information on the page, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the order.

  • I lost my registration code or I didn't receive it after purchase, what should I do?

    If you lost your registration code or you did not receive the code after purchase, you can get it via contact us by submitting your licensed e-mail address, registration name or order number. Please note that only the orders processed by RegNow and ShareIt can be found in our system. If you bought our products from our resellers or agents, please contact them. Or you can tell us your situation, and we will contact them for you.

    If you cannot register the software with the registration information, please check the spelling of your registration name and code after entering them to the text boxes, because both of them are case sensitive. And you also should note whether the code matches the version of the software you installed.

  • What shall I do, if the registration code is invalid?

    There are several reasons why the code may be invalid. Please check the following situations.

    1. Wrong spelling of your registration name or registration code.
    The registration name and registration code are case sensitive. Please copy them from your registration e-mail and paste them into the proper text boxes in the registration window.

    2. The registration code doesn't match the version.
    The following situations may cause this issue.
    a. You downloaded an earlier version from our affiliate's website, but the registration code you received after purchase is for the latest version.
    b. You used a previous registration code to register the upgraded version.
    c. You registered the CD version received weeks before with the newly-received code.

    Please note that we upgrade our products very frequently, and sometimes you need a new registration code to register the upgraded version, even though the upgrade is free. If your former registration code does not work with the free upgrade, you can get a new one on our Support Center.

    To view the version of the software installed on your computer, select About on the Help menu, and you can see the version number in the pop-up window.

    Once you find you cannot register the software with the registration code we sent to you, please contact us, and our support team will come to help.

  • What if I want to use the program on another computer but I bought a single-user license?

    If you bought a single-user license, that means you are allowed to use the program on one computer. If you want to use the program on a new computer, please uninstall it from the old computer first, and then install it on the new computer.

    But if you have a desktop PC and a laptop, and you don't use the program at the same time, you are permitted to install the program on the two computers. Please note our license policy as below:
    Installation of the program purchased under a Single-User Personal License is restricted to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee, e.g.: One computer at home and another at work, or a desktop at home and a laptop at home. However, at any given time only one copy of the purchased programs may be in use.

    If you lost the registration information, please contact us. We will re-send the registration information to you. And then you can use the program on the new computer.

  • I input my regcode and my name and register the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not.

    To check if you have registered correctly, open the program and choose Help > About... and check the "This software is registered to" field to see if you are registered or not.

  • What is your Upgrades Policy and do I have to pay for the upgrades?

    As a registered customer of our products you are entitled to free updates for life. You pay for the product only the first time and get all new versions for FREE and for LIFETIME.

  • How to upgrade software? Do I need to uninstall the older one first?

    No. Simply run the installer, installing into the same directory as you previously installed in, and the upgrade will automatically install over the old version. It will also remember that you've purchased and keep your settings.

  • What is your Distribution Policy?

    Are you interested in including any of our software for distribution with a magazine or other publication? Great! Non-profit distribution of The Software in its trial form is acceptable provided that The Software is not modified in any way, and the complete works of The Software are included in the distribution package. Just grab the latest version right from our site, and include it!

    Zero2000 Software requests but does not require that one complimentary copy of said package, please contact us for the postal address.
