I ordered IISC. But how to enter my code to register my 2nd Speech Center?
Type in your name, and serial number exactly the way they appear in the letter you received. Use the same capitalization, punctuation and spacing as in the e-mail. You can use copy & paste to ensure the information gets entered correctly.
After the information is entered, press the OK button. You will see a message that tells if the procedure was successful. If your data was entered correctly, the Software is unregistered note will be hidden and your name will be displayed in the Help > About box. You are now the registered owner of the program.
Note: It is not possible that a serial number you received from us when purchasing the program is not working. If the program is telling you that your serial number is invalid, first check if you are entering it into the right version of 2nd Speech Center. That means serial numbers of new versions of 2nd Speech Center do not work with old versions of the program. You need to upgrade if you want to use a different version. But if you are sure your program's version is right, then just be sure you enter your name and serial number exactly as it appears in the e-mail. Name is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears.
When installing a free upgrade, do I need to uninstall the older one first?
No. Simply run the installer, installing into the same directory as you previously installed in, and the upgrade will automatically install over the old version. It will also remember that you've purchased and keep your settings.
I was unable to complete the download, what can I do?
Be sure to try downloading from more than just one location. If you have a problem downloading from our primary location, try the alternate download sites listed underneath that one.
I downloaded 2nd Speech Center, now how do I install it?
Using Windows Explorer select the previously chosen directory. Uncompress the ZIP package to a temporary folder and launch the install file. Follow the instructions.
